Terms & Conditions
- 1. The padel racket should not be damaged or have any visible scratches.
- 2. Play & Return is applicable for 5 days from delivery date. To return the racket, pack it in the same box that you received and raise a return request over an email to support@padeloutlet.in
- 3. We charge Rs.2,000 towards shipping & handling fee. The balance amount is refunded back as store credit.
- 4. Only Performance rackets of MRP over Rs 15,000 are covered under Play & Return policy.
- 5. PadelOutlet.in reserves the right to reject the racket under Play & Return Policy
